REALTOR® Code of Ethics (Course #100)

3-hour core RI real estate CEU’s approved by the RI Department of Business Regulation. The Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® offers this in cooperation with the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®. Instructor: Stephen Antoni

Description: This course will cover business ethics, including the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, duties to the public and other licensees so to elevate professionalism. All REALTOR® members are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycles. This training is a requirement of membership in the REALTOR® ASSOCIATION. There is no grandfathering provision and no exemption for Appraisers or Attorneys who hold REALTOR® membership. The current 2-year cycle (6th biennial) is 1/1/19—12/31/20.

Advance registration and pre-payment is required.

$35 for members; $55 for non-members

Members MUST register with their NRDS member ID number in order to receive the reduced rate.
